About Holistic Health AI
Helping people discover practical, evidence-informed holistic health knowledge through education and technology.

A note from Moji Tehrani
Holistic Health AI began as a personal project. My parents — now 95 and 93 — have lived long, vibrant lives by leaning on whole foods, daily movement, herbal wisdom, and unshakable family rhythms. I wanted to make that quiet, time-tested approach to wellness accessible to everyone, paired with the clarity of modern science and the help of a thoughtful AI companion.

Why Holistic Health AI was created
Clear, trustworthy information about natural health, nutrition, and traditional wellness is hard to find. We built Holistic Health AI to make that knowledge accessible to anyone — combining centuries of holistic tradition with modern science and Hakim, your HolisticHealthAI Companion, to meet you where you are.
Our philosophy
Health is holistic. Whole foods, restful sleep, movement, herbs, seasonal rhythms, and emotional balance all matter. We honor the wisdom of traditional systems — including 3,000 years of Persian medicine — while staying grounded in contemporary research.
Educational purpose
Everything on this site is educational. We are not a substitute for your doctor. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical decisions.
Responsible use of AI
Hakim is a learning companion, not a clinician. Responses may contain inaccuracies. We design it to encourage curiosity, point to reputable sources, and always recommend professional care when appropriate.
Commitment to your privacy
We never sell your data. Your email is used only for the wellness tips you sign up for and you can unsubscribe anytime. See our Privacy Policy.
Future vision
We're building the most trusted holistic health resource on the internet — with hundreds of herbs, foods, traditional remedies, and seasonal protocols, all searchable, beautifully presented, and personalized to you.
Avicenna (Ibn Sina)
Guided by the Canon of Medicine — the millennium-defining text that shaped both Persian and European healing.
Persian Healing Tradition
Rooted in 3,000 years of Mizaj, humoral theory, and tested wisdom from the bazaars of Isfahan to Shiraz.
Modern Scientific Research
Cross-referenced with contemporary nutrition, phytochemistry, and clinical studies for grounded guidance.
