Hakim is built to be readable, calm, and usable at any age. We target WCAG AA or higher and design for keyboards, screen readers, low vision, and people who simply prefer larger text and less motion.

What we commit to
- Text large enough to read comfortably, with an easy way to make it larger.
- A high-contrast mode for low-light or low-vision reading.
- Motion reduction — animations become nearly instant when you ask.
- Full keyboard navigation; every interactive element is reachable by Tab.
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; decorative ones are silent to screen readers.
- Semantic landmarks — a single main, proper headings, labeled forms.
- Color is never the only way we convey information.
What we're still improving
Audio narration is on the roadmap. If you find something that isn't working for you — a link that skips a focus state, a color pair that's hard to read, an image without a description — we'd genuinely like to hear about it.
